Vice President of Global Supply Chain Operations, Monster Cable Products: Raul Corella oversees demand planning, strategic procurement, manufacturing operations, logistics, transportation and distribution at Monster Cable Products by leveraging his 18 years of continuous improvement in global supply chain operations. Prior to joining Monster Cable, Mr. Corella managed supply chain operations for the Home Entertainment division of BOSE Corporation’s southwest region. He led multi-year, multi-site re-engineering programs with Exide / Powerware, a division of EATON and a leading provider of computer power protection products. He also managed supply chain operations in Liebert, a global leader in business continuity and power protection, a division of Emerson Electric. Bruce A. Anderson is the General Manager of the Global Electronics Industry for IBM. Â Bruce is responsible for over US $4 billion in products and services that IBM provides to electronics industry participants, from semiconductor and telecommunications companies to medical device and consumer electronics makers.
Bruce has spent over 25 years assisting companies in their use of information technology to solve their business problems and gain competitive advantage as a management consultant to the electronics industry. He was previously a Vice President and Partner of IBM’s Global Business Services unit, where he led a supply chain practice of 850 consultants. Mark Payne, Vice President of Operations for Linksys
Mark Payne is the Vice President of Operations for Linksys, a Division of Cisco.  He is responsible for all of the company’s supply chain departments and their activities worldwide including manufacturing, logistics, procurement, forecasting and planning, information technology, engineering services, call centers and real estate.  His main focus when he started at Linksys in 2006 was to realign all organizations and implement new cross-functional business processes that would increase the bottom line.
Payne has more than 17 years of experience in the IT, Chemical and Food industry. Â He has served in various executive roles including Polaroid, where he served as VP, Operations. Â He helped lead the company out of bankruptcy and into profitability. Â He also led organizations at HP/Compaq and Uncle Bens Inc. a M&M Mars Corporation.
Mark Payne is also an Author.  He has written the business book Make the Numbers, Don’t Chase the Numbers (2007).  The book was written to teach a simple structure and process that allows all departments in a business to work together with a common set of numbers, structure, and language to continuously manage the details of a complex business. Mark has developed a methodology called Make The Numbers Approach (MTNA) to solve these common problems in business. MTNA is an “all in one concept” that is designed to allow a business to continuously plan, decide, and adjust the future demand and supply activity in order to maximize profit potential.
Payne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Quantitative Business Analysis and Marketing from Baylor University in Waco Texas.
Sanjay Ravi, Managing Director, Worldwide High Tech and Electronics Industry, Microsoft Corp.
Sanjay Ravi is the Worldwide Managing Director for High Tech and Electronics Industry at Microsoft Corp. In this role, he is responsible for Microsoft’s worldwide industry solution strategy, sales, and business development efforts in the high tech and electronics. He is also responsible for driving Microsoft’s industry partner ecosystem for  the High Tech and Electronics Industry worldwide.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Mr. Ravi was the Vice President of Industry at i2 Technologies, where he was responsible for the global industry strategy, solutions, and sales & marketing efforts across various industry verticals, including High-Tech. During his tenure at i2, Mr. Ravi led several global supply chain and business transformation initiatives across Fortune 500 companies in the High Tech Electronics and Semiconductor segments.
Mr. Ravi holds a MS in manufacturing systems engineering from Syracuse University, and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (I.I.T.) Madras.
Michael Noblit, Senior Vice President of North America Operations, Samsung Electronics America
Michael Noblit, Senior Vice President of North America Operations, has been with Samsung Electronics America for 6 ½ years.  Michael has over 20 years of distribution and transportation experience.  His current responsibilities include consumer electronics logistics and operations planning for all Samsung US/Canada brand warehouses, inbound and outbound transportation, and 3PL-WMS/TMS management.  Additionally he is responsible for systems development, US/Canadian Customs and import planning, factory coordination for direct ship planning, and all logistics customer support operations.  His supply chain responsibilities include CPFR implementation and management, demand planning, and factory output planning.  His teams have shared awards in 2005-08 from Best Buy (Bravo Award), Circuit City SCM Awards, Lowes HA Vendor of the Year, VICS Award, and the AMR Research SCM Award.  Previously, Michael was with Sony Electronics – attached to the VAIO Computer Division, and responsible for Logistics Planning – and with Sony Logistics America as a facility controller.  He has a BS-Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA.  He is also a certified APICS-CPIM and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Yuka Yu, Vice President of Global Supply Chain Operations, Sony Electronics
Yuka Yu is Vice President of Global Supply Chain Operations, Sony Electronics. Â She is responsible for customer supply chain operations, data management and strategic integration of demand and supply planning processes and executions across Sony Electronics enterprise.
Yu joined Sony Electronics in 2001 and has held numerous operational leadership positions with VAIO Marketing Group, Information Technology Product Division. Â She has been deeply involved in VAIO PC supply-chain strategy including collaborative forecasting, demand planning, new product introduction, customer-order fulfillment and demand-base management for the past several years. Most recently, Yuka was Director of VAIO marketing responsible for making the business profitable and achieving market leadership for VAIO PCs in the U.S. market.
Prior to joining Sony Electronics, Yu held several product planning and sales positions, including product planning with Toshiba Corporation, corporate resellers and OEM resellers sales management with Tech Data Canada and national retailers and territory account management with Sony Canada.
Yu earned an Executive MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA degree from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies (Tokyo Gaigokugo Daigaku). Â She is a member of Athena San Diego.
Yu was born in Taipei Taiwan and has lived in Tokyo and Canada. Â She currently resides in San Diego, USA
