Toys ‘R’ Us Takes Used Game Program Nationwide

Toys “R” Us is offering store gift cards for consumers’ used videogames, in a nationwide expansion of a trial program from earlier this year. The program, promoted in circulars and online, accepts everything from Xbox 360 discs to Atari 2600 cartridges. Toys “R” Us is not retailing the used games itself; rather, it sells the games to a “third party” that refurbishes them for resale. More details to come…By Joystiq
